At Maped Helix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stationery and school supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure that the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box along with your packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
